1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of pageseoscore.com (the "Service"), operated by Automated Europe Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

pageseoscore.com is a content SEO analysis tool that scores written drafts against on-page optimisation signals. The Service is available on three tiers:

• Reader (free) - scoring and basic analysis, no account required.
• Editor (free with email) - adds keyword research data and saved analyses.
• Publisher (paid subscription) - adds AI rewrites, revision history, and shareable client reports.

3. Accounts

To access Editor or Publisher features you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the Service to generate, store, or distribute illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service in ways that place unreasonable load on our servers
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent rate limits or tier restrictions
• Use the Service for purposes competitive with Automated Europe Limited without prior written agreement

5. AI-generated content

Publisher tier features use AI models (Anthropic Claude) to generate text suggestions. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publication. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated suggestions.

6. Payments and refunds

Publisher plan payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund on first-time subscriptions if the Service does not work as described - contact us at pageseoscore@automated.wales. No refunds are issued for partial periods after the 7-day window.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its code, design, and underlying models are owned by Automated Europe Limited. Your content remains yours. By using Share Report you grant us a limited licence to store and serve that report at the generated URL.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Paid subscribers will receive at least 14 days' notice of material changes to paid features.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automated Europe Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including losses from reliance on AI-generated content or changes in search engine rankings. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
